Organizing Win: Town of Newington

28 Municipal workers for the Town of Newington, CT joined the Teamsters in March 2024. These Teamsters ratified contracts in April 2025, and won Union Job Security with Just Cause discipline protections, higher annual wage increases, Flex Time, and more.
