Organizing Win: i-Health Enfield

19 Warehouse workers at i-Health, Enfield, CT organized and won their union in election in March. The company committed several ULP’s during the campaign and attempted to scare the workers from exercising their right to organize. These fear tactics did not work and to date the members have only grown stronger and more cohesive as a unit. i-Health Teamsters began a ULP strike in December 2024 that is ongoing, and Local 671 is committed to winning their strike and bringing management back to the bargaining table.
